About Kasia

I was fascinated by improvising and adding harmony in music, singing or playing the violin. My passion was to learn more about composition and write my own songs and other pieces. I came to the USA to study music and graduated from Southern Utah University.

Today I would like to share my musical journey with others, by teaching or by creating.

I have been teaching for over 15 years, still developing and improving new skills. In my teaching experience, I used a different teaching method which is more focused on creative style. Currently, I am using Play-a-Story created by Lyndel Kennedy, you can learn more on www.innermusician.com, it is a piano method. Another method is Simply Music created by Neal Moore www.simplymusic.com, Those two methods are a great way to develop creativity in playing. I also teach violin using the material by Janice Tucker Rhoda, “ABCs of Strings” but I also like to introduce more creative way by improvising while listening to music. I teach at my studio guitar, violin, viola, vocal and piano

During my musical journey, I have had the opportunity to record several tracks to CD. You can find many of my recordings on the Music page.
