Kasia’s love for music began early, and now she shares that passion with her students.
About Kasia
I became really interested in creating music on the spot and adding harmony when singing or playing the violin. I wanted to learn more about writing music and creating my own songs and pieces. That's what led me to come to the USA to study music and ultimately graduate from Southern Utah University. Now, I want to share what I've learned with others by teaching and creating music.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I continue to develop and refine new skills. During my career, I have employed a distinctive teaching method that emphasizes a more creative approach, fostering an environment where students can explore and express their unique musical voices.
Currently, I use the Play-a-Story method, created by Lyndel Kennedy, which is an innovative approach to piano teaching that you can explore further at innermusician.com. For violin instruction, I utilize Janice Tucker Rhoda's "ABCs of Strings," while also encouraging creativity by integrating improvisation and listening to music. In my studio, I offer lessons in guitar, violin, viola, voice, and piano, emphasizing a creative and exploratory teaching style across all instruments.
During my musical journey, I have had the opportunity to record several tracks to CD. You can find many of my recordings on the Music page.
